Keith Tafangombe is a systems architect and healthcare operator from Zimbabwe who founded SelNexa to build the operating system for sustainable African healthcare. He architected and deployed the Manicaland District Hospital proof-of-concept—proving that SelNexa operates reliably through infrastructure failures where Western platforms collapse. His expertise spans health systems design, AI-driven resource optimization, and ground-truth deployment in resource-constrained environments. Keith bridges clinical realities with enterprise architecture—turning local constraints into architectural imperatives that become competitive advantages.
